Abstract

An absorbent article comprising a cyclodextrin complex comprising cyclodextrin and at least two components complexed with said cyclodextrin, wherein said at least two components are:

a) a menthol family compoundsb) an ionone.The absorbent articles of the invention are effective in preventing malodors associated with their use and do not exhibit perceptible odor before use.
