The invention relates to a crosslinkable polymer binder comprising a polyurethane macromer and grafted thereon a vinyl polymer, to an aqueous dispersion comprising said crosslinkable polymer binder and to a process for the manufacture of said crosslinkable polymer binder and said aqueous dispersion thereof.
