Abstract
A pedicle perforator (1) includes a handle (2) and a shaft (3) which ends opposite the handle (2) with an end (4) that has a perforated shape (hereinafter referred to as “tip”), characterized in that the shaft (3) includes a protruding centering device (7) for a cylindrical surface, provided in a region of the shaft (3) opposite the handle (2), a hollow guide tube (11) having an internal diameter of 4 to 20 mm, an external diameter of 5 to 22 mm and a length of 4 to 25 cm, including an end that has reliefs for attachment (12), for use together with the pedicle perforator, and a set including a pedicle perforator (1) and a hollow guide tube (11), wherein the pedicle perforator (1) can slide loosely in this hollow guide tube.
