Abstract
A system is provided having a sensing device for sensing data encoded by a plurality of marks at predetermined positions within a region. The data encoded by each mark is indicative of a functional attribute of that mark's predetermined position. The sensing device is configured to transmit, to a computer system, the sensed data such that the computer system causes execution of a function related to the functional attribute of the sensed data.
