A radio communication method for performing radio communication by using a plurality of frequency bands in a first radio communication apparatus and a second radio communication, the method including transmitting to the second radio communication apparatus a first channel state information request corresponding to each of the plurality of frequency band, by the first radio communication apparatus; and transmitting to the first radio communication apparatus an information relating to a channel state for the frequency band specified by the first channel state information request, when the second radio communication apparatus receives the first channel state information request, by the second radio communication apparatus.
