Abstract
A tape feed roller 63 made of a conductive plastic material is formed with a stepwise part 71 having a predetermined width in an axial direction which is formed to recess radially inward to the depth larger than the thickness dimension of a wireless tag circuit element 32 over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral portion opposed to the wireless tag circuit element 32. Further, a tapered part 71A is formed at the opposite edge portions in the axial direction of the stepwise part 71. The outer peripheral portion of the stepwise part 71 and the tapered parts 71A are covered with a cylindrical covering part 74 made of a conductive elastic member in a dimension substantially equal to the outer diameter dimension of the tape feed roller 63.
