Abstract
A refrigerator includes a refrigeration compartment arranged on an upper side of a main body, a freezer compartment arranged on a lower side of the main body, and a dispenser arranged on a ceiling of the refrigeration compartment to be adjacent to one edge of the ceiling of the refrigeration compartment. The dispenser includes a housing attached to the ceiling of the refrigeration compartment, a water lever provided to the housing such that one side of the water lever is pivotably movable, a discharge valve housed in the housing and connected to the water lever to selectively discharge water according to an operation of the water lever, and a filter unit provided to the housing to filter water.
