An infant mouth-nose mask for administering medicaments to infants, comprising: a. a mouth portion, defining a confined mouth volume, placed over the mouth of said infant characterized by having at least one perforation reversibly coupled to calming or feeding means such that said infant remains relaxed and soothed while sucking said calming or feeding means; said confined mouth volume is characterized by volume, Vmouth; and, b. a nose portion, defining a confined mouth volume, placed over the nose of said infant; said nose portion is adapted to be in fluid connection with a medicament delivery source (MDS); said confined nose volume is characterized by volume, Vnose; wherein said Vnose>>a*Vmouth such that the dead-space of said mask is not greater than 28 cc, and a is in the range of about 1.5 to about 2.
