Systems and methods for breast imaging are provided. One includes a gantry, a first nuclear medicine detector mounted to the gantry and having a multi-bore collimator coupled thereto, and a second nuclear medicine detector mounted to the gantry and having a multi-bore collimator coupled thereto. The first and second nuclear medicine detectors are configured to be independently titled with respect to a breast therebetween.
