Abstract

Powered Electrical Circuit Integrating: Auxiliaries & Lighting System hereinafter named: SPECIALS is a Process to improve Economics and to improve Electrical-Efficiency, for Solar-Cells and/or Wind-Generators that are installed atop of Parking Garages or near Parking Garages,. for Electricity Generated to be used in either Aboveground Garages in Buildings or Underground Garages in Buildings and other areas of Building. DARK Garages' unpainted GRAY Walls, Columns, Floors, Ceilings, DARK Stairways and areas are painted with bright WHITE Paint, thereby WHITE Paint, allows a REDUCTION of Electricity used to illuminate these DARK Garages and other DARK Structures. Advertising Space such as Signage, Billboards and other Media in, around and adjacent to Parking Garage and nearby Structures maybe Rented, or Sold, in which a portion of Advertising Dollars maybe budgeted to defray cost of Solar-Cells and/or Wind Generators operations.
