Abstract
The present invention provides an elastic tubing exercise device comprising a length of elastic exercise tubing having two ends, and a spooling mechanism secured to at least one end of said tubing. The spooling mechanism is secured at least partially within a handle that has a hand grip and housing portion. And the housing portion is sufficient to securely house the spooling mechanism.
