Abstract
Methods and systems are described for creating health status surveys using questions automatically derived from codes of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), promulgated by the World Health Organization, and then automatically scheduling the surveys to be provided to patients and their clinicians. Results from the surveys can be compared against results from patients with similar medical diagnoses or surgical procedures. Survey results from patients with different medical diagnoses or surgical procedures can also be compared for questions derived from the same ICF code, resulting in greater pools of data from which to extract statistics.
