Abstract
A surgical system is provided that includes a sleeve having an inner surface defining a first channel that extends along a first longitudinal axis and an inner surface defining a second channel that extends along a second longitudinal axis. The second channel is spaced apart from the first channel. A first surgical instrument is configured for disposal in the first channel. The first surgical instrument includes an optical probe configured for imaging. A second surgical instrument is configured for disposal in the second channel. The second surgical instrument includes an inflatable balloon. Methods and kits are also provided.
