An aqueous fabric care composition having a thickener and an antibacterial compound. The composition has a high storage stability. The composition has from about 0 wt % to about 5 wt % of anionic surfactant, from about 0 wt % to about 3 wt % of cationic surfactant, from about 0 wt % to about 3 wt % of a non-ionic surfactant, from about 0.01 wt % to about 15 wt % of a thickener, from about 0.01% to about 15% of a non-ionic antibacterial compound having a C log P above about 2 and water.
