The battery (7) is configured to supply electric power to the motor (562). The pump (576) is configured to be driven by the motor (562) to eject the cleaning liquid from the nozzle (31). An ejection pressure of the cleaning liquid from the nozzle (31) is set to more than or equal to 3 Mpa.
