Abstract
A system and method for viewing simultaneous videos on a single display device using polarization. The system includes a polarized display device capable of displaying multiple full-screen polarized images simultaneously, multiple polarized videos displayed on the display device, and at least one polarizing optical element. The polarizing optical element includes a direction of polarization generally equal to the direction of polarization of one of the polarized videos, so that only one polarized video is viewable through the polarizing optical element. The polarizing optical element may be a transparent window or a mirror. Multiple polarizing optical elementes may be used simultaneously, allowing for simultaneous viewing of multiple videos displayed on a single screen.
