The invention also relates to compositions comprising compounds which modulate the interaction between the juxtamembrane region of the intracellular domain of the neurotrophin receptor p75 and Trk, and use of the compounds and compositions for the treatment of neurotrophin-Trk signaling related diseases and disorders.
