Abstract

The invention relates to a primary-side coil assembly for an inductive energy transfer system for transferring energy between a primary- and a secondary-side coil assembly (A₁, A₂). The invention is characterised in that the primary-side coil assembly (A₁) has four coils (_z, SP₃, SP₄) which form the four adjacent coil regions (BE_P1, BE_P2, BE_P3, BE_P4) of the coil assembly (A₁), the phase position (ΦI_i) of the coil fluxes (SP₁, SP₂, SP₃, SP₄) in relation to one another flowing through the coils (I₁, I₂, I₃, I₄) determining the phase position (φB_i) of the magnetic flux density (B_i) which is established in the regions (BE_P1, BE_P2, BE_P3, BE_P4). With the use of a secondary-side coil assembly (A₂) comprising four adjacent coil regions (BE_s1, Be_s2, BE_s3, BE_s4), the phase position (ΦI_i;) of the coil fluxes (I₁, I₂, I₃, I₄) is established such that in the four regions (BE_P1, BE_P2, BE_P3, BE_P4) of the primary-side coil assembly (A₁), the phase position (ΦB_i) of the respective magnetic flux densities (B_i) which are established is 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° in relation to one another.
