Abstract

A slicer that can be used safely without causing a slip even when it is used with its tip end being pressed onto a chopping board. A slicer 1 provided with a frame 10 having a pair of supporting arms 11, and a slicing blade 20 with its two ends being supported by the paired supporting arms 11, so that by reciprocally moving a material to be sliced in a slicing direction S toward the slicing blade 20, the material to be sliced is sliced, and in this structure, an anti-slipping member 100, which is disposed under the frame 10 at a tip end thereof in the slicing direction S, with an elastomer resin being expanded on its surface, is further prepared.
