Abstract
The present invention is a composition in form of an emulsion, comprising at least one fatty phase, and at least one aqueous phase, and: a) at least one first surfactant chosen from C8-C22 alkyl dimethicone copolyols; b) at least one second surfactant chosen from dimethicone copolyols, which is different from the first surfactant a); c) at least one third surfactant which is different from the first or the second surfactant a) or b), having a HLB value of greater than or equal to 8; and d) at least one hydrophilic pigment.
