Abstract
In a through anchor (10), a bush (18) is molded to the entire periphery of a securing hole (14) in an anchor plate (12), and the anchor plate (12) is secured at the bush (18) to a vehicle body by a bolt (20). Here, when the through anchor (10) is rotated about the bolt (20), a tube portion (18A), flange portions (18B), and projecting portions (18C) of the bush (18) slide on the vehicle body and the bolt (20). For this reason, rotational performance of the through anchor (10) can be improved.
