Abstract
A control circuit of a wireless user equipment includes: a message generating circuit for generating a first and a second RRC (radio resource control) messages, and configuring corresponding first and second priorities; a message reordering circuit for comparing the first and second priorities. If the first priority is higher than the second priority, the message reordering circuit assigns the second RRC message in a message queue to have a transmission order after the first RRC message. Afterward, when the message generating circuit generates a third RRC message, the message generating circuit configures a third priority for the third RRC message. The message reordering circuit compares the first through the third priorities to rearrange the transmission order of RRC messages in the message queue.
