Abstract
A cover assembly for a liquid adhesive applicator protects a user from burns in case the applicator is touched and provides additional insulation for the applicator, thereby saving energy. The cover includes a first side panel and a second side panel connected to each other by posts extending through and around the applicator. A front panel is secured between the first side panel and the second side panel. A first insulating sheet may be disposed between the first side panel and a first side of the applicator to provide further insulation. Similarly, a second insulating sheet may be disposed between the second side panel and a second side of the applicator.
