Abstract

A multilayer-type patch comprising: a support layer; a drug reservoir layer; and an adhesive layer, wherein

the drug reservoir layer comprises at least one drug selected from the group consisting of rivastigmine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and a hydroxy group-containing acrylic-based polymer (A),the adhesive layer comprises at least one acrylic-based polymer (B) selected from the group consisting of carboxy group-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer and acrylic acid homopolymer, and a rubber-based adhesive base agent,a content of the drug in the drug reservoir layer in terms of rivastigmine in free form is 15 to 45% by mass relative to a total mass of the drug reservoir layer, anda total content of the acrylic-based polymer (B) in the adhesive layer is 7 to 18% by mass relative to a total mass of the adhesive layer.
