Abstract
A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery (1) includes a 1st electrode group (2) and a 2nd electrode group (3) which are obtained by laminating a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator; a nonaqueous electrolyte; an exterior material (7) which encloses the 1st electrode group (2), the 2nd electrode group (3) and the nonaqueous electrolyte; a positive electrode lead (4) which is connected to the 1st electrode group (2); a negative electrode lead (5) which is connected to the 2nd electrode group (3); and a connection lead (6) which connects the 1st electrode group (2) and the 2nd electrode group (3), wherein the exterior material (7) includes a 1st housing part which houses the 1st electrode group (2), a 2nd housing part which houses the 2nd electrode group (3), and a connection part (8C) which connects the 1st housing part and the 2nd housing part.
