Disclosed is a construction vehicle provided with a first exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the input side of the exhaust pipe of engine and includes the diesel oxidation catalyst device and the diesel particulate filter device, and a second exhaust gas treatment apparatus which is connected to the output side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the selective catalytic reduction device, and a mixing pipe which is installed between the output side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus and the input side of the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus and includes the urea water injection device, wherein the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus is disposed farther away from the engine than the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus, and the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus is positioned at the upper side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus. The construction vehicle according to the disclosure has the efficient configuration of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus installed in the one side of the diesel engine, which can reduce the width in the axial direction of the engine, thereby not only improving the installation workability of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus, but allowing the efficient inspection and maintenance of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus.
