Abstract
Provided are a vacuum assisted resin infusion protection coating, system and method for a permanent magnet motor rotor. The vacuum assisted resin infusion protection coating comprises a reinforcing phase, demoulding cloth, and a flow guide net which are laid on the surface of a magnetic pole of a rotor in sequence, wherein one end part of a resin infusion pipeline and one end part of an air suction pipe are respectively fixed on the exterior of the flow guide net, the rotor is hermetically connected to a vacuum isolation film, and the vacuum isolation film covers the reinforcing phase, the demoulding cloth, the flow guide net, the end part of the resin infusion pipeline, and the one end part of the air suction pipe.
