An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes toner mother particles that contain a polyester resin which is a polycondensate of a polycarboxylic acid compound and a polyol compound; a graft polymer which includes a polyolefin chain and a vinyl resin chain; a coloring agent; and polyethylene wax, provided that the polyol compound includes a polyol compound having a bisphenol structure in an amount of 0 mol % to 5 mol %, wherein a normal temperature and normal humidity aggregation degree of the toner mother particles is from 70% to 97%.
