A method and apparatus for generating a buffer status report and a communication system. The apparatus is applicable to user equipment and includes: a first determining unit configured to determine the transmission time interval for transmitting a buffer status report of a sidelink; a judging unit configured to judge whether there exists remaining configured sidelink grant; a second determining unit configured to determine the sidelink destination and its buffer size needing to be contained in the buffer status report according to a judgment result of the judging unit; a generating unit configured to generate the buffer status report according to the sidelink destination and its buffer size needing to be contained in the buffer status report determined by the second determining unit. Accordingly, a problem that a buffer status of a sidelink cannot be correctly reflected in a ProSe BSR by UE in reporting the ProSe BSR may be solved.
Please note there is up to 60 days of latency in this Status indicator for certain status conditions. You can obtain up-to-date Status indicator readings by ordering PAIR for the file.
An application with the status "Published" (which means it is pending) may be recently abandoned, but not yet updated to reflect its abandoned status. However, an application filed less than one year ago is unlikely to be abandoned.
A patent with the status "Granted" may be recently expired, but not yet updated to reflect its expired status. However, it is highly unlikely a patent less than 3.5 years old would be expired.
An application with the status "Abandoned" is almost always current, but there is a small chance it was recently revived and the status not yet updated.
