Abstract
Disclosed herein is a drawing-in/out device for a rescue wire for a waist belt, wherein a reel on which a wire has been wound is disposed within a connection tool to which the buckle of a belt worn on the waist is fixed so that a rescue function can be performed in order to prevent the tangling or twisting of the wire in a process of drawing out a rescue rope or winding the rescue rope after use for the purpose of a rescue in an emergency situation, the reel is disposed in a compact structure in order to improve an external appearance and marketability of the belt, and the connection tools can be consecutively connected to secure the wire of a length sufficient for lifesaving in order to maintain safety, if necessary.
