Abstract

A brush with a top member having a first exterior surface, a first interior surface, and a plurality of first bristles extending from the first interior surface. The brush having a second member connected to the first member, the second member having a second exterior surface, a second interior surface, and a plurality of second bristles extending from the second interior surface. The first member and the second member are moveable relative to one another between a closed position in which the plurality of first bristles and the plurality of second bristles define an at least substantially cylindrical space there between, and an open position in which a gap defined by the space between the first member and the second member is larger than when the first member and the second member are in a closed position.
