The at least one cutting element may be coupled to the at least one pushing element at the bottom edge of the at least one pushing element. The at least one wing may include a wing face and a wing cutting element. The at least one wing may be coupled to a vertical side of the at least one pushing element. The at least one wing section may extend at an obtuse angle relative to the at least one pushing element.
