A prepared method of arginine chelated selenium foliar fertilizer which is benefit for improving herbage seed yield is provided. The prepared foliar fertilizer is conducive to significantly promote the yields of herbage and seeds. The weight and diameter of the seeds and the contents of fat, polysaccharide, isoflavone and selenium contained in the herbage seeds have increased obviously. Seed is the chip of agriculture.
