A fashion garment comprising a single layer of fabric having one or more regions wherein at least one of the one or more regions is a compression region made of at least one elastic fiber material and at least one hard fiber material, each of the compression regions configured to fit snuggly around a body part of a wearer, the compression regions providing medium to high compression.
