Abstract
A toothed belt includes a belt body made of a rubber composition. The rubber composition contains a hydrogenated nitrile rubber having a bound acrylonitrile content of 15% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less, has a hardness of A70 or more and A80 or less at a test temperature of 25° C., and has a cold resistance index of 0.25 or less after being heat-aged by being exposed to an atmosphere at a temperature of 140° C. for 144 hours, the cold resistance index being defined by the following formula (I):
