Abstract
Disclosed is a new lock mechanism that enables the use of low-pressure cartridges in smoothbore semi-automatic hunting shotguns, and includes a lock that connects the barrel and the mechanism and ensures security to prevent the cartridge from exploding outside, a flat spring that allows the lock to be locked to the barrel by lifting the lock upwards and ensuring the lock to move downward with the pressure formed in the barrel, and a bolt carrier which allows back and forth movement of the mechanism with the pressure from the piston.
