The invention is an earring (1) comprises a pointed pin (2) adapted to be reversibly inserted into a receiving housing provided with a means (10) for guiding the pin (2), the cylindrical housing also comprising at least one seal (15). The guide means is formed by a concavity (10) whose bottom (12) is open, the diameter (D) of the open base (11) of the concavity (10) being at least 30% greater than the outer diameter of the cylindrical housing, the depth (P) of the concavity (10) being equal to half the length (L) of the cylindrical housing. The pin (2) is provided with at least two circular grooves (16) suitable for temporarily receiving two annular seals (15) when the pin is inserted into the slot of the seals.
