Abstract
The present invention relates to a kit for making up keratin materials, in particular the eyebrows and the skin around the eyebrows, comprising, notably in a physiologically acceptable medium:
- a) a first aqueous “base-coat” makeup composition (A) comprising at least one water-soluble dye;b) a second “top-coat” fixing composition (B) comprising a continuous oily phase containing:i) at least one hydrophobic film-forming polymer other than silicone acrylate copolymers; andii) at least one volatile hydrocarbon-based oil.
