Abstract

An automated warehouse includes a storage shelf, a stacker crane, and a maintenance facility. The maintenance facility includes a plurality of work stages arranged in the up-down direction. The plurality of work stages includes a first level stage and an upper level stage each including a mast penetration portion and a stage scaffold. The maintenance facility includes a first level ladder disposed outwardly from the first level stage as viewed vertically, and an upper level ladder disposed at a position overlapping with the first level stage as viewed vertically. The upper level stage includes a passage penetration portion passing through the upper level stage in the up-down direction such that an operator can pass through the passage penetration portion in the up-down direction by use of the upper level ladder. The passage penetration portion is disposed at a position overlapping with the stage scaffold of the first level stage.
