Abstract
A toy which rapidly spins and releases a playing card held by a suction cup. The card is freed from the suction cup during its motion by a spring-loaded rod and subsequently spins to a stop in a random position relative to another card. In conjunction with markings on the cards, this generates a random effect outcome for a trading card game in the same manner as a roulette wheel. The trading card game features strategic elements in addition to said element of chance facilitated by the toy.
