The first cavity has a plurality of detachable locking components and one or more optical scale. The first cavity is connected to a vacuum device and can form a vacuum state by the vacuum device. The second cavity has a plurality of grooves corresponding to the locking components. The second cavity is connected to the vacuum device and can form a vacuum state by the vacuum device.
