Abstract
Provided are a safety control method and apparatus for an electric drive system, a device, and a storage medium. The safety control method for an electric drive system includes: acquiring a current operating mode of an electric drive system, the current working mode includes a boost charging mode and a power output mode; configuring a safety state corresponding to the current operating mode for the electric drive system; and when a fault occurs, controlling the electric drive system to enter the safety state, in the safety state, the output torque of the electric drive system is caused to be less than or equal to a preset torque value corresponding to the current operating mode.
