The present invention relates to a process for removing colour from hair keratin fibres which have been dyed beforehand, comprising the application of at least one makeup-removing composition for removing colour to said hair keratin fibres which have been dyed beforehand using at least one hair dye composition comprising:

    at least one photocrosslinkable polymer including at least one photodimerizable group; andat least one colouring agent chosen from pigments, direct dyes and mixtures thereof;said makeup-removing composition for removing colour comprising:at least one surfactant, preferably an anionic or nonionic surfactant; andat least one acidifying agent;the pH of the composition being less than or equal to 5.5, preferably from 1 to 5.
