Abstract
The invention relates, inter alia, to an inspection method for inspecting a vehicle, the inspection method comprising: monitoring, preferably tracking, a current vehicle position of the vehicle along a route for the vehicle via a sensor system; determining at least one triggering time for a scanner device in dependence on the monitored current vehicle position; and triggering the scanner device at the determined at least one triggering time for scanning at least one desired inspection section of the vehicle.
