Abstract
An outdoor burner and a burner assembly characterized by a single jet tube or multiple jet tubes spaced apart from each other away from the middle of the bottom of a pot centered on the burner's pot-support surface. Centering brackets are used to center pots on the burner. Electronic ignition is used to ignite the burner. Obliquely arranged nozzles away from the center of the jet tube inject gas into the tubes with minimal blockage of air flow to aid complete combustion and hotter flames. The burner can be adapted to provide low-pressure cooking or high-pressure cooking.
