A heating wall panel has a first board (10) and a second board (1) adjacent to the first board (10). Within the first board (10) there are installed a heating line (2) arranged in two layers (2A, 2B) in a manner coplanar with two outer surfaces of the first board (10); an cold water line (8) and a hot water line (9); arranged one above another and fixed by means of tees (5, 6) to ends of the heating line (2); and electrical installation ducts (3, 4). The second board (1) has inspection hatches (7A, 7B) side indentations (12).
