Abstract
The present invention relates to stabilized suppositories containing ergo-alkaloids and/or their derivatives, characterized in that SO.sub.2 -releasing substances are added in a finely dispersed state to the suppositories in amounts of 0.2 to 5 mg per suppository. The invention provides a safe route for the treatment of migraine not affected by nausea, which often occurs with the condition.
