Abstract
A static-dissipating conductive synthetic surface-covering highpressure sheet laminate material which comprises a plurality of cured, resin-saturated paper sheet materials laminated together under heat and pressure, and which includes a resin-saturated cured top sheet material having an electrically conductive amount of a quaternary ammonium compound to provide a surface resistivity of the sheet laminate material of about 10.sup.9 ohms per square inch or less, when tested in accordance with ASTM-D257.
