Abstract
A cordless telephone system which is capable of connecting a plurality of mobile stations to a single base station over a radio link is disclosed. The mobile stations are classified into a master and slaves. While the master mobile station is capable of originating and receiving a telephone call, the other or slave mobile stations are only capable of receiving a telephone call.
