Abstract
A heat transfer sheet comprises a sheet for heat transfer recording which transfers ink on a base sheet onto a recording paper, said ink containing a compound represented by formula (I) shown below as a binder component: C.sub.n H.sub.2n+1 CH.sub.2 Y (I) wherein n is an integer of 21 to 50, and Y represents OH, SO.sub.3 H, C.sub.6 H.sub.5 or COOH, or a Ca, Al or Zn salt thereof.
